Call for abstracts

The forum aims to bring together QA professionals, academics, researchers, administrators, policymakers, and students from around the globe to strengthen the discourse on higher education quality. You are, therefore, encouraged to contribute to this discourse by submitting your abstracts informed by the 2026 HEQAF theme.

Abstract submission guidelines:

  • All abstracts must be written in English
  • Abstracts should not exceed 250 words
  • Font type: Times Roman, size 12 & space 1.5
  • Submissions must clearly indicate the forum sub-theme addressed
  • An abstract should be clearly aligned with the forum theme, the sub-theme chosen, and key insights or innovative practices related to it.
  • Abstracts should be submitted online via a link or QR code

Important dates for abstract submissions:

  • 2nd announcement: 30 April 2026
  • Deadline for abstract submission: 15 June 2026
  • Notice of acceptance: 30 June 2026
  • Review feedback: 15 July 2026
  • Submission of the final revised abstracts: 31 July 2026

Forum format:

Day 1: The morning session will feature opening and welcoming remarks, followed by a keynote address by international guest/s. In the afternoon, the focus will shift to paper presentations for thematic sessions. In the evening, there will be a networking cocktail event.

Day 2: The day will start with a recap of the first day, followed by the presentation of the day's programme. Interactive parallel round table discussion sessions will take place as scheduled. Afterward, facilitators will present their reports. The evening will conclude with a gala dinner.

Day 3: The forum will gather in the main venue. There will be a panel discussion on relevant quality assurance topics and strategies. The forum will officially close, and an afternoon excursion will resume.
